The Washington, D.C. office of Tycko & Zavareei LLP is currently seeking staff attorney candidates, licensed in the District of Columbia or California, with 4 or more years post-law school litigation experience (JD ?), for full-time employment opportunities beginning fall 2026. The staff attorney position will be fully integrated on case teams with the range of litigation opportunities, focused on complaint drafting, discovery, plaintiff vetting, legal briefing including class certification, and depositions. The staff attorney will primarily work on litigation in our Data Privacy group. Welcome candidates with strong writing and critical thinking skills as well as comfort with handling multiple active matters.
We offer competitive salary and benefits, flexible hybrid-remote working arrangements, and a transparent bonus plan under which all of our attorneys share in the firm’s successes. The base salary range for this position ranges from approximately $120,000-$140,00 and a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to, generous paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, 401(k), EAP, commuter benefits, and more.
